Considering how poverty impacts community
In East Tennessee, there is an increased awareness of social determinants of health. Poverty is a major contributor to health related social needs. We work to connect people to organizations with resources that bridge the poverty gap. Training, education and simulation experiences for clinicians, academic institutions and community agency staff transform perspectives and inspire action toward positive community change around health and wellbeing.
